These are a super easy 5 minute treat that the kids and fairies love.
We bought some of the Kraft star shaped red, white and blue marshmallows. We used our candy melts (we had pink so that is what we used, any light color will work- they get covered in sprinkles) and sprinkles (red, blue, and rainbow)
We melted the candy melts in the microwave. We then dipped the marshmallows in the melted coating and in the sprinkles. We made some into fireworks by putting the marshmallows onto sucker sticks. In a little vase next to the fairies they are the perfect fireworks display.

If we were going to have people to our house for the holiday I would add these to the garden outside for the event.
The rest we dipped into red and blue and arranged them on a plate to make the American flag.
This whole treat took us less than 30 minutes including cleanup. I think the flag was eaten in less than 30 minutes too! Our fairies fireworks are still in the vase on the shelf looking festive, though my kids did ask to eat those ones too.
Need another 4th treat, here's the yummy cake I made for Memorial Day and will be making again this week. Or a stick flag to hang on your door.
Happy Fairy Friday!
