It was an early rise morning at my house. A sunrise run to start the am. Time to get back into training runs. First half marathon of the season training starts this week, and I am doing my first full marathon in January! A good run was a good way to start today, favorite things day at Ironstone Nest. A good run is definitely one of my favorite things. I can't really give that away, but highly recommend it.
The Ironstone Nest is hosting a "favorite things" link party today. A virtual party where we can all share our favorites. A party to find learn more about each other and maybe find some new must haves or must tries.
If I could give each a you a bag of "little" things, what would it be??
Chip brushes-I like them best once they get worn and stumpy! Mine have paint all over the handles too!
General Finishes- Glaze effects, Pitch Black is my favorite but I use others of theirs too. Their gel topcoat is my go to urethane for table tops, dresser tops. It finishes smooth as butter! Their gel stains are fabulous too!
FolkArt Metallic Acrylics- Love them. I think I have every color. Metallic ice blue and copper are my favorites. I tint with them, glaze with them, paint with them. I just finished a piece using these. It needs knobs and then I will share!
Rustoleum Painters Touch- Its spray paint in a can! Perfect for touchups. I wish it came in more colors!
Lifeproof iPhone case....Its waterproof, paint proof, kid protected...need I say more?
Light My Fire Spork from Rei- Its a spoon, its a fork, its a knife...Its one utensil all my kids love. I never hear complaints when this is the one I put on their plates. I don't need to fight over yogurt spoons while trying to finish a project.
Bopa Shoes- well really they're Keens. I have multiple pairs. My newest are the Venice H2 in Burnt Orange. We call them Bopa shoes, because they are about the only shoes our Bopa ever wears. We all have them and wear them all summer long. My oldest pair has been retired to painting and garden shoes, they are filthy but still feel great!
And last but not least Fairy Dust- Because every girl needs a little fairy magic in their life.
I hope you enjoy your bag of goodies!

I love your list, Kristin! I've never used Painter's Touch before, but I think it'd be a great addition to my paint supplies. Thanks for linking up and thank you for following along! Have a fantastic day XO Laura at The Ironstone Nest
