Screw Up Fairy Inspiration

On one of my recent stops thru an antique store I found this sign.  I had to have it.  I thought how perfect to use on oops photos.  I took it up to the register to ask the price, it didn't have a tag.  The clerk told me "Oh we can't sell that."  So I asked "Why is it hanging on the wall around all stuff for sale then?".   Her answer was " Our boss hangs it in the booth where someone made a mistake or needs to fix something."

Weird, crazy.  Not sure about that in a place of business,

But now I have to have one of those signs!  I can't get it out of my head.  I will be making one soon!

Got any great ideas on how to make it?  This one was little.  It's obviously a little dated...and has room for improvement. I plan on painting today and over the weekend.  This sign will be one of the items on the top of the to do list!  Maybe something like this.  (Photoshop'ed inspiration idea)

Has the screw up fairy visited you lately?  Wonder what my kids would say if I used it as a discipline method?  Opps forgot to pick up toys, look the screw up fairy sign.  Wonder if it would work.
