Tagged for Sale

Today is the day, the start of the Rochester Antique Crawl.

Between playing chauffeur for three different camps for three different kids the last few days, I created tags for all my goodies for Country Decor's Antique Crawl.  I used chip board tags, stencils and my sharpie.

Tags were stamped with a variety of stamps using watermark stamp pad.  If you haven't used this ink, it is great.  The ink creates a darker watermark coloring on whatever it is stamped on.  Be sure your stamp is clean though, or the color will transfer onto the watermark ink.  I used Chinese lettering, a recycle sign, sheet music and fairy wand stamps for watermark backgrounds.  I then used vintage letter stamps to add the my logo in black.

I used three different sizes of chip tags.  The smaller items got smaller tags.  The smaller tags did not have room for the entire logo wording so I used the initials avf.

All the tags had my web address written diagonally across the back in sharpie.

Tags were tied with hemp cording.

The pictures of the tags give a few more peeks at what of mine is over at the sale.    A kitchen storage cabinet, a green and white bookshelf, the Detroit desk all are over there.   And lots of little stuff you haven't seen, like that cabinet Michigan subway art hinted above.  So if you are local go check it out!  Pictures of almost all the furniture there is up on Country Decor's FB page.   We are hoping for a big turnout despite the heat and possible afternoon storms in the forecast!
